The CRCYBER Story
We started CRCYBER because, frankly, we were sick of the nonsense. Overpriced “experts”, offshore help desks, and tech bros selling fear instead of fixing problems, sound familiar?
Our founder and director, Clarke Rossiter, spent years in federal government and enterprise cybersecurity roles, untangling and solving the sort of problems that would make most IT teams quietly cry into their coffees. But instead of climbing yet another corporate ladder, he set out to build something different, approachable, practical, and people-focused, with a vision to scale impacting globally.
So here we are. A tight-knit team fuelled by caffeine, dry humour, and an unhealthy obsession with doing things properly. We take your security seriously, just not ourselves. We explain things in a way that makes sense, act quickly, and deliver enterprise-grade protection without the enterprise ego.
We work with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from law firms and not-for-profits to community sport and fast-growing businesses, and we’re proud to keep them safe, supported, and just a little bit less stressed.
Our Values. Our Promise.
Good People
We only recommend what we’d use ourselves.
We’re here to help. We actually care about what you’re trying to do, and want to make your life easier, not harder.
Good Service
Quick replies. Clear answers. No handballing.
We treat your business like it’s our own. That means actually picking up the phone, owning problems, and getting things sorted without the runaround.
Good Outcomes
Security isn’t just a checkbox.
It’s about keeping your team safe, your data protected, and your day-to-day running smoothly, with fewer surprises and a lot less stress.
Clarity over Complexity
We believe cybersecurity should be understandable. No jargon, no guesswork, just clear advice and practical outcomes.
People before Tech
We’re not just about tools. We’re about relationships. You’ll get real conversations, fast responses, and long-term partnership.
Security you can Trust
Our solutions are grounded in best practice, aligned with real-world risks, and tailored to your business, not a cookie-cutter template.
Community Matters
We care about more than just business. We support local sport, not-for-profits, and small businesses doing big things.
Meet The Team
Clarke Rossiter
Director
Clarke’s the founder of CRCYBER and the driving force behind its direction, pace, and purpose. With a background in federal government and enterprise cybersecurity, he brings big-picture thinking to small business realities, cutting through complexity to get things done properly. Can usually be found toggling between client strategy, internal chaos control, and whatever project that seems too much for anyone else.
Leroy Fitzgerald
Systems Engineer
Leo’s been a big part of the CRCYBER engine room, designing, deploying, and keeping systems running smoothly for clients across all shapes and sizes. The kind of engineer who documents things properly, explains them clearly, and never leaves a config half-done. Always in the thick of it, helping transition things the CRCYBER way. Leaves behind stable systems, calm clients, and zero open tickets.
Ged Grimwade
Sales Consultant
Ged’s usually the first face (or voice) clients meet at CRCYBER. He helps businesses cut through the noise, make sense of their needs, and find solutions that actually fit , without overcomplicating things. Whether it’s licensing, services, or starting from scratch, Ged makes it all feel less intimidating and more achievable. He has a calm tone, clean spreadsheets, and a weird ability to make licensing sound almost... interesting.
Eryn Norie
Marketing Consultant
Eryn helps shape the voice of CRCYBER, from campaigns and content to making sure our message actually lands. She blends creativity with strategy and keeps us looking sharp across every touchpoint, turning technical chaos into clean, consistent storytelling that sounds like us. Fluent in strategy decks, design platforms, and making cybersecurity sound like something people actually care about.
